   4. Self-pickup is available if explicitly offered on the Website.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges – According to Consumer Protection Law (2025)
   1. Purchases made on the Website may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item has not been worn, used, or damaged.
   2. Cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
   3. A cancellation fee will be charged according to the law (5% of the transaction value).
   4. Customized items / items made to order / final-sale items are not eligible for a refund — store credit only, as required by law.
   5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made by the business.
   6. If an item is defective, the customer is entitled to an exchange or full refund as required by law.
   7. Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
